red leaves in our back garden / handsome cat Oliver in a big patch of sunlight / lantana / clematis gone to seed / front porch begonia still madly blooming / itty bitty Betty in her studio apartment bedsit / always ... geranium love / wild autumn asters edge the crescent beach / this morning's early morning sunlight - sigh

Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity...it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow. Melody Beattie

I have so much to be grateful for, I have everything (& more) than I've ever wanted.

It's Thanksgiving Day here in Canada. Doug's away, no turkey dinner for les gang and me. I'm having egg rolls for dinner ;-) a fav guilty pleasure of mine. It's another gorgeous warm fall day and I promise not to be so absent & quiet here on this blog... newsy bits coming soon, promise !

Piglet noticed that even though he had a Very Small Heart, it could hold a rather large amount of Gratitude.
